Imjudo (tremelimumab-actl injection)
type of Antineoplastics Monoclonal Antibody
Imjudo (tremelimumab-actl) is a cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated antigen 4 (CTLA-4) blocking antibody indicated in combination with durvalumab, for the treatment of adult patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (uHCC).
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- loss of appetite,
- itching,
- dark urine,
- rash,
- diarrhea,
- fever,
- easy bruising,
- unusual bleeding,
- shortness of breath,
- confusion,
- chills,
- tiredness,
- dizziness,
- constipation,
- flu-like symptoms,
- fainting,
- weakness,
- cough,
- chest pain or pressure,
- little or no urination,
- increased thirst,
- increased urination,
- hoarseness,
- mouth sores,
- swelling in your feet or ankles,
- flushing,
- muscle cramps,
- severe stomach pain,
- irritability,
- hair loss,
- feeling cold,
- shaking,
- eye pain,
- skin sores,
- swollen lymph nodes,
- severe nausea,
- yellowing of your skin or eyes (jaundice),
- severe headaches,
- double vision,
- increased sensitivity to light,
- sleepiness,
- increased appetite,
- severe vomiting,
- blurry vision,
- decreased sex drive,
- wheezing, and
- excessive sweating,
- fast or irregular heartbeats,
- changes in mood or behavior,
- abdominal pain (upper right side),
- weight gain or loss,
- back or neck pain
- changes in your eyesight,
- stiffness in your neck,
- stool that is black or tarry,
- problems with your memory,
- skin that blisters or peels,
- coordination or balance problems,
- tingling or numbness of the arms or legs,
- severe muscle pain,
- blow red blood cells,
