Tofranil-PM (imipramine pamoate)

Tofranil-PM (imipramine pamoate) is a tricyclic antidepressant used to treat symptoms of depression. Tofranil-PM is available in generic form.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • dizziness
  • constipation
  • vomiting
  • nausea
  • weakness
  •  impotence, or
  • blurred vision

  • dry mouth
  • headache
  • drowsiness
  • loss of appetite
  • diarrhea
  • stomach cramps
  • weight gain/loss
  • increased sweating
  • tingly feeling
  • lack of coordination
  • ringing in your ears
  • breast swelling (in men or women)
  • decreased sex drive
  • difficulty having an orgasm.
