Sajazir (icatibant injection, for subcutaneous use)
type of Immunomodulators, Selective Bradykinin B2 Receptor Antagonists
Sajazir (icatibant) is a bradykinin B2 receptor antagonist indicated for treatment of acute attacks of hereditary angioedema (HAE) in adults 18 years of age and older.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, and
- dizziness
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
