Zevalin (ibritumomab tiuxetan)
type of Antineoplastics, Anti-CD20 Monoclonal Antibodies
Zevalin (ibritumomab tiuxetan) is a protein that targets white blood cells in the body used in combination with other medicines to treat non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- fever,
- easy bruising,
- unusual bleeding,
- pale skin,
- lightheadedness,
- shortness of breath,
- cold hands and feet,
- tiredness,
- weakness,
- sore throat,
- burning eyes,
- skin pain,
- red or purple skin rash with blistering and peeling,
- mouth sores,
- skin sores,
- unusual weakness,
- purple or red spots under your skin,
- cough, and
- chest tightness or pain spreading to your jaw or shoulder,
- redness, ulcers, or skin changes where the medicine was injected,
- skin rash (may occur during treatment or several months after)
