Ibrance (palbociclib capsules for oral administration)

Ibrance (palbociclib) is a kinase inhibitor used in combination with letrozole for the treatment of postmenopausal women with estrogen receptor (ER)-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative advanced breast cancer as initial endocrine-based therapy for their metastatic disease.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- fever,
- easy bruising,
- unusual bleeding,
- pale skin,
- lightheadedness,
- shortness of breath,
- cold hands and feet,
- chills,
- chest pain,
- dizziness,
- wheezing,
- weakness,
- trouble swallowing,
- mouth sores,
- sudden cough,
- new or worsening cough,
- skin sores,
- red or swollen gums,
- rapid breathing, and
- coughing up blood
- blisters or ulcers in your mouth,
- painful or difficult breathing,
