Trogarzo (ibalizumab-uiyk injection)

Trogarzo (ibalizumab-uiyk) injection is a CD4-directed post-attachment HIV-1 inhibitor, used in combination with other antiretroviral(s), is indicated for the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) infection in heavily treatment-experienced adults with multidrug resistant HIV-1 infection failing their current antiretroviral regimen.
The drug is often used to treat HIV .
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- vomiting,
- lightheadedness,
- shortness of breath,
- confusion,
- chest pain,
- fluttering in your chest,
- severe headache,
- blurred vision,
- wheezing,
- fainting,
- cough,
- slurred speech,
- high fever,
- sudden dizziness,
- chest tightness,
- eye pain or swelling,
- sudden vision loss,
- tunnel vision,
- seeing halos around lights,
- fast, irregular, or pounding heartbeats,
- arm or leg weakness,
- trouble walking,
- loss of coordination,
- feeling unsteady,
- profuse sweating, and
- tremors
- very stiff or rigid muscles,
- hot flush,
