MiCort HC (hydrocortisone acetate cream)

MiCort HC (hydrocortisone acetate cream) 2.5% is a topical corticosteroid indicated for the relief of the inflammatory and itching manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive skin conditions.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • itching,
  • irritation,
  • dryness,
  • burning,
  • rash
  • acne,
  • thinning skin,
  • skin discoloration,
  • secondary infection,
  • stretch marks, and
  • allergic contact dermatitis,
  • infected hair follicles,
  • abnormal hair growth,
  • rash around the mouth,
  • skin breakdown,
  • skin atrophy,

  • Otezla (apremilast tablets)
  • Benadryl (diphenhydramine)
  • Benadryl Injection (diphenhydramine injection)
  • Celestone Syrup (betamethasone)
  • Eucrisa Ointment (crisaborole)
  • Elidel (pimecrolimus cream)
  • Lidex (fluocinonide)
  • Hydrocortisone (hydrocortisone cream and ointment 2.5%)
  • Westcort Cream (hydrocortisone valerate cream)
  • Triamcinolone Cream (triamcinolone acetonide cream)
