Pramosone (hydrocortisone acetate and pramoxine hydrochloride cream) is a topical cream that is a combination of a corticosteroid and a topical anesthetic used to relieve inflammatory and itching manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive skin conditions.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- burning,
- itching,
- acne,
- skin irritation,
- allergic contact dermatitis,
- secondary infection,
- stretch marks, and
- skin dryness,
- skin thinning,
- infected hair follicles,
- loss of skin pigmentation,
- skin breakdown,
- sores around the mouth,
- excessive hair growth on the body,
- sweat rash.

- Analpram HC (hydrocortisone acetate 2.5% pramoxine hcl 1%)
- Epifoam (pramoxine hydrochloride and hydrocortisone acetate aerosol foam)
