Reprexain Tablets (hydrocodone bitartrate and ibuprofen)

Reprexain (hydrocodone bitartrate and ibuprofen tablets) is a combination of an opioid analgesic and a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) indicated for the short-term (generally less than 10 days) management of acute pain. Reprexain is not indicated for the treatment of such conditions as osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis. Reprexain is available in generic form.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• loss of appetite,
• dark urine,
• rash,
• weight loss,
• confusion,
• severe drowsiness,
• tiredness,
• stomach pain,
• seizure,
• fainting,
• agitation,
• hallucinations,
• itching, and
• severe dizziness
• persistent nausea or vomiting,
• yellowing of the eyes or skin (jaundice),
• mental or mood changes,
• unusual weakness,
• fast or pounding heartbeat,
• blisters,
• swelling of the ankles or feet,
• difficulty urinating,
• difficult or painful swallowing,
• interrupted breathing during sleep (sleep apnea),
• unusual or sudden weight gain,
• slow, irregular, and shallow breathing,
• changes in the mount of urine,
• difficulty waking up,
• unexplained fever,
• persistent or severe headache,
• unexplained stiff neck,
