Xtrelus (hydrocodone bitartrate and guaifenesin tablets)

Xtrelus (hydrocodone bitartrate and guaifenesin) is a combination of an opioid agonist and an expectorant, indicated for the symptomatic relief of cough and to loosen mucus associated with the common cold in patients 18 years of age and older.
The drug is often used to treat Common cold .
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- loss of appetite,
- itching,
- rash,
- vomiting,
- fever,
- confusion,
- tiredness,
- severe headache,
- wheezing,
- fainting,
- weakness,
- agitation,
- shivering,
- chest pain or pressure,
- mood changes,
- fast or irregular heartbeat,
- flushing,
- seizures,
- hallucinations,
- vision changes,
- shaking,
- red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin with or without fever,
- tightness in the chest or throat,
- unusual hoarseness,
- upset stomach
- severe constipation,
- trouble swallowing or talking,
- severe dizziness,
- increased sweating,
- difficult or painful urination,
- slow or shallow breathing,
- severe abdominal pain,
- change in balance,
- muscle twitching or stiffness,
- severe diarrhea, and
