Lortab 7.5/500 (hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen) is a combination pain reliever containing an opiate (narcotic) pain reliever and a non-narcotic pain reliever used to relieve moderate to severe pain.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • nausea,
  • headache,
  • dizziness,
  • blurred vision,
  • vomiting,
  • constipation,
  • drowsiness,
  • upset stomach,
  • mood changes,
  • anxiety,
  • ringing in your ears,
  • dry mouth, and
  • unclear thinking
