Lortab 2.5 (hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen) is a combination pain reliever containing an opiate (narcotic) pain reliever and a non-narcotic pain reliever used to relieve moderate to severe pain.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• nausea,
• vomiting,
• headache,
• dizziness,
• blurred vision,
• constipation,
• drowsiness,
• mood changes,
• upset stomach,
• anxiety,
• dry mouth
• ringing in your ears, or
• unclear thinking,
