Zolvit (hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen oral solution)
type of Analgesics, NSAID/Opioid Combos
Zolvit (hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen) is a combination of an opioid analgesic and antitussive and a non-opiate, non-salicylate analgesic and antipyretic indicated for the relief of moderate to moderately severe pain. Zolvit is available in generic form.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- skin redness,
- rash that spreads and causes blistering and peeling,
- nausea,
- upper stomach pain,
- loss of appetite,
- dark urine,
- vomiting,
- fever,
- lightheadedness,
- tiredness,
- clay-colored stools,
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
- dizziness,
- diarrhea
- breathing that stops,
- sweating,
- noisy breathing,
- agitation,
- shivering,
- shallow breathing,
- hallucinations,
- twitching,
- fast heart rate,
- blue colored lips,
- muscle stiffness,
- loss of coordination, and
- slow breathing with long pauses,
- sighing,
- worsening tiredness or weakness,
- hard to wake up,
