Hycamtin (topotecan hydrochloride)

Hycamtin (topotecan) is a cancer (antineoplastic) medication used to treat ovarian cancer, small cell lung cancer, and certain types of cervical cancer.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- loss of appetite,
- diarrhea,
- tiredness,
- constipation,
- headache,
- weakness,
- cough,
- abdominal pain,
- mouth sores
- nausea and vomiting (may be severe),
- temporary hair loss, and
