Hemangeol (propranolol hydrochloride) Oral Solution is a beta-blocker used to treat proliferating infantile hemangioma requiring systemic therapy.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- diarrhea
- vomiting
- abdominal pain
- agitation
- irritability
- drowsiness
- loss of appetite, and
- sleep disorders and nightmares
- cold feeling in the extremities
