Harvoni (ledipasvir and sofosbuvir) is a direct-acting antiviral agent used to treat chronic hepatitis C (CHC) genotype 1 infection in adults.

The drug is often used to treat Hepatitis C .

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • loss of appetite,
  • vomiting,
  • yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), and
  • right-sided upper stomach pain,
  • general feeling of unwellness
