Harvoni (ledipasvir and sofosbuvir) is a direct-acting antiviral agent used to treat chronic hepatitis C (CHC) genotype 1 infection in adults.
The drug is often used to treat Hepatitis C .
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- loss of appetite,
- vomiting,
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), and
- right-sided upper stomach pain,
- general feeling of unwellness
