Halog Ointment (halcinonide topical)

Halog Ointment (halcinonide) is a topical (for the skin) steroid used to treat the inflammation and itching caused by a number of skin conditions such as allergic reactions, eczema, and psoriasis.

The drug is often used to treat Psoriasis .

This drug may have the following side effects:

• skin dryness
• acne
• thinning or softening of your skin
• skin rash or irritation around your mouth
• swollen hair follicles
• changes in color of treated skin
• crusting of treated skin,
• blisters
• pimples
•  mild skin itching/burning/irritation
• or stretch marks

• Nolix (flurandrenolide topical cream)
• Neosalus Foam (neosalus hydrating topical foam)
