Granix (tbo-filgrastim) is a recombinant methionyl human granulocyte colony-stimulating growth factor (r-metHuG-CSF) used to reduce the duration of severe neutropenia in patients with non-myeloid malignancies receiving myelosuppressive anti-cancer drugs associated with a clinically significant incidence of febrile neutropenia.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• shortness of breath,
• unusual tiredness,
• stomach pain, and
• fast breathing,
• easy bleeding or bruising,
• unusual decrease in urination,
• swelling or puffiness of the body,
• shoulder pain

• Pronestyl (procainamide)
• Procan Sr (procainamide)
