Sancuso (granisetron transdermal system)

type of Antiemetics, Selective 5-HT3 Antagonist

Sancuso (Granisetron Transdermal System) skin patch is an anti-nauseant and antiemetic used to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by cancer chemotherapy.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • nausea,
  • vomiting,
  • diarrhea,
  • fever,
  • agitation,
  • overactive reflexes,
  • hallucinations,
  • fast heart rate,
  • fainting
  • loss of coordination, and
  • pain or swelling in your stomach,
  • severe redness, itching, swelling, or other irritation where the patch is worn,
