Zoladex 10.8 mg (goserelin acetate implant)

Zoladex 10.8 (goserelin acetate implant) is a man-made form of a hormone used in men to treat symptoms of prostate cancer, and in women to treat breast cancer or endometriosis. Zoladex 10.8 is also used in women to prepare the lining of the uterus for endometrial ablation (a surgery to correct abnormal uterine bleeding). Zoladex 10.8 treats only the symptoms of prostate cancer but does not treat the cancer itself.

The drug is often used to treat Endometriosis , Prostate cancer .

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• nausea,
• vomiting,
• weight loss,
• confusion,
• tiredness,
• pain spreading to your jaw or shoulder,
• blurred vision,
• constipation,
• dry mouth,
• back pain,
• sweating,
• weakness,
• restlessness,
• chest pain or pressure,
• increased thirst,
• increased urination,
• fruity breath odor,
• muscle weakness,
• painful or difficult urination,
• drowsiness,
• sudden numbness or weakness (especially on one side of the body),
• increased thirst or urination,
• hunger,
• dry skin,
• muscle pain,
• sudden severe headache,
• slurred speech, and
• bone pain,
• problems with balance or coordination,
• loss of bladder or bowel control,
• problems with vision or balance
• pain, bruising, swelling, redness, oozing, or bleeding where the implant was injected,
• severe numbness or tingling in your legs or feet,
