Simponi Aria (golimumab for infusion)

Simponi Aria (golimumab) for infusion is a monoclonal antibody used in combination with methotrexate to treat adult patients with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- loss of appetite,
- dark urine,
- vomiting,
- fever,
- shortness of breath,
- chills,
- stomach pain,
- cough,
- unusual tiredness,
- chest pain, and
- unusual sweating,
- vision changes,
- persistent sore throat,
- muscle or joint pain,
- easy bruising or bleeding,
- severe dizziness,
- seizures
- persistent nausea,
- unsteadiness,
- swelling of the ankles or feet,
- sudden weight gain,
- yellowing of the eyes or skin (jaundice)
- numbness or tingling of the hands or feet,
- unexplained muscle weakness,
- butterfly-shaped rash on the nose and cheeks,
