Glynase PresTab (micronized glyburide tablets)

Glynase PresTab (micronized glyburide) is an oral blood-glucose-lowering drug used to treat type 2 diabetes (non-insulin dependent). It is not for treating type 1 diabetes. Glynase PresTab is available in generic form.

The drug is often used to treat Type 2 diabetes .

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • nausea,
  • blurred vision,
  • heartburn,
  • joint or muscle pain,
  • itching or skin rash
  • feeling full,
