Voraxaze (glucarpidase) for injection is indicated to treat patients with toxic levels of methotrexate in their blood due to kidney failure.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- headache
- low blood pressure (hypotension)
- vomiting
- flushing, and
- abnormal sensation (paraesthesia).
