Givlaari (givosiran) is an aminolevulinate synthase 1-directed small interfering RNA indicated for the treatment of adults with acute hepatic porphyria (AHP).
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- severe dizziness
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, and
