Giapreza (angiotensin II) is a vasoconstrictor to increase blood pressure in adults with septic or other distributive shock.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • nausea,
  • itching,
  • vomiting,
  • easy bruising,
  • unusual bleeding,
  • confusion,
  • tiredness,
  • stomach pain,
  • blurred vision,
  • dry mouth,
  • headache,
  • nervousness,
  • weakness,
  • restlessness,
  • increased thirst,
  • fruity breath odor,
  • drowsiness,
  • flushed or dry skin,
  • hallucinations,
  • excitement,
  • blood in the urine or stools,
  • bleeding gums,

  • unexplained weight loss
  • black or tarry stools,

  • pinpoint red spots on the skin,
