Gavreto (pralsetinib capsules)
type of RET Kinase Inhibitors
Gavreto (pralsetinib) is a kinase inhibitor used to treat adult patients with metastatic rearranged during transfection (RET), fusion-positive, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) as detected by an FDA approved test.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice)
- shortness of breath,
- chest pain,
- nausea,
- lightheadedness,
- dizziness,
- vomiting,
- mouth sores,
- weakness,
- sore throat,
- loss of appetite,
- fever,
- chills,
- pale skin,
- tiredness,
- drowsiness,
- stomach pain (upper right side), and
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- bloody or tarry stools,
- coughing up blood,
- vomit that looks like coffee grounds,
- confusion,
- skin sores,
- severe headache,
- any wound that will not heal,
- cold hands and feet,
- new or worsening cough,
- trouble speaking,
- pink or brown urine,
