Tequin (gatifloxacin)
type of Quinolones, Ophthalmic
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- fainting,
- slow heart rate,
- weak pulse,
- eye swelling,
- severe discomfort,
- crusting or drainage (may be signs of a new infection), and
- new or worsening eye problems
The following drugs are related to Tequin, either as a replacement or used together:
- Cipro (ciprofloxacin)
- Cipro I.V. (ciprofloxacin iv)
- Proquin XR (ciprofloxacin hcl)
- Timentin (ticarcillin and clavulanate)
- Timentin Injection (ticarcillin disodium and clavulanate potassium galaxy)
