Gamunex-C [immune globulin injection (human) 10% caprylate/chromatography purified] is a form of immunoglobulin therapy and is used to treat people with chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP), primary immunodeficiency (PI), and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP).
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- fever,
- lightheadedness,
- shortness of breath,
- confusion,
- chills,
- chest pain,
- dizziness,
- pounding in your neck or ears,
- rapid heart rate,
- headache,
- sweating,
- weakness,
- little or no urination,
- increased thirst,
- dark colored urine,
- eye pain,
- chest tightness,
- pale or yellowed skin,
- neck stiffness,
- increased sensitivity to light,
- hot and dry skin,
- heavy sweating,
- feeling hot,
- inability to urinate,
- warmth or redness in your face,
- chest pain with deep breathing,
- numbness or weakness on one side of the body, and
- swelling and warmth or discoloration in an arm or leg
- blue colored lips, fingers or toes,
- fever with severe headache,
