Naglazyme (galsulfase)

Naglazyme (galsulfase) is an enzyme used to treat some of the symptoms of a genetic condition called Maroteaux-Lamy syndrome (mucopolysaccharidosis). Naglazyme improves walking and stair-climbing capacity.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• itching,
• vomiting,
• fever,
• skin rash,
• lightheadedness,
• shortness of breath,
• chills,
• rapid breathing,
• stomach pain,
• chest pain,

• rapid weight gain
