Fyarro (sirolimus protein-bound particles for injectable suspension)

Fyarro (sirolimus protein-bound particles for injectable suspension) (albumin-bound) is an mTOR inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with locally advanced unresectable or metastatic malignant perivascular epithelioid cell tumor (PEComa).
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- cough,
- weight loss,
- rash,
- infection,
- fatigue,
- swelling and sores inside the mouth,
- changes in taste,
- decreased appetite,
- musculoskeletal pain,
- fluid retention (edema),
- decreased lymphocytes,
- increased glucose,
- decreased potassium,
- decreased phosphate,
- decreased hemoglobin, and
- increased lipase.
