Lytgobi (futibatinib tablets)
type of Antineoplastic Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors
Lytgobi (futibatinib) is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with previously treated, unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma harboring fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 (FGFR2) gene fusions or other rearrangements.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- loss of appetite,
- itching,
- dark urine,
- rash,
- vomiting,
- fever,
- lightheadedness,
- shortness of breath,
- tiredness,
- clay-colored stools,
- chest pain,
- dizziness,
- musculoskeletal pain,
- weakness,
- abdominal cramping,
- fatigue
- difficulty swallowing,
- blurry vision,
- vision loss,
- paleness,
- black or tarry stool,
- reduced color vision,
- blind spot in your visual field,
- muscle cramps or spasm,
- numbness and tingling around the mouth,
- bone and joint pain,
- weak bones,
- vomiting blood,
- fluid in your abdomen,
- bone calluses,
- burning sensation in the mouth,
- abdominal pain (upper right side),
- yellowing of your skin and the whites of your eyes (jaundice),
