Fotivda (tivozanib capsules)

Fotivda (tivozanib) is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC) following two or more prior systemic therapies.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • nausea,
  • rash,
  • vomiting,
  • diarrhea,
  • shortness of breath,
  • weight loss,
  • back pain,
  • fatigue,
  • cough,
  • bleeding,
  • hoarseness,
  • high blood pressure (hypertension),
  • decreased appetite,
  • decreased phosphate
  • hypothyroidism,
  • inflammation of the mouth and lips,
  • decreased sodium,
  • increased lipase,
