Tavalisse (fostamatinib disodium hexahydrate tablets) is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of thrombocytopenia in adult patients with chronic immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) who have had an insufficient response to a previous treatment.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• dark urine,
• fever,
• shortness of breath,
• yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
• chest pain,
• stomach pain (upper right side),
• headaches,
• sore throat, and
• severe diarrhea,
• other signs of infection
