Folotyn (pralatrexate solution for intravenous injection)

Folotyn (pralatrexate injection) is an antineoplastic (anti-cancer) drug used to treat T-cell lymphoma that has spread throughout the body. Folotyn is given for relapsed T-cell lymphoma, or after other medications have been tried without successful treatment.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- nausea,
- loss of appetite,
- itching,
- dark urine,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- fever,
- pale skin,
- lightheadedness,
- shortness of breath,
- cold hands and feet,
- tiredness,
- clay-colored stools,
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
- fluttering in your chest,
- constipation,
- weakness,
- cough,
- unusual tiredness,
- sore throat,
- burning eyes,
- skin pain,
- red or purple skin rash with blistering and peeling,
- stomach pain (upper right side),
- increased thirst,
- muscle weakness,
- muscle cramps,
- skin sores,
- increased thirst or urination,
- leg cramps,
- numbness or tingling,
- limp feeling,
- tingling in your hands and feet or around your mouth,
- heavy sweating, and
- feeling hot,
- inability to urinate,
- hot and dry skin
- irregular, fast or slow heart rate,
