Xhance (fluticasone propionate) nasal spray is a corticosteroid indicated for the treatment of nasal polyps in patients 18 years of age or older.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- rash,
- fever,
- lightheadedness,
- chills,
- body aches,
- blurred vision,
- noisy breathing,
- vomiting
- muscle weakness,
- runny nose,
- eye pain,
- seeing halos around lights,
- worsening tiredness,
- nausea, and
- crusting around your nostrils,
- severe or ongoing nosebleeds,
- redness, sores, or white patches in your mouth or throat,
- any wound that would not heal,
