Omegaven (fish oil triglycerides) is indicated as a source of calories and fatty acids in pediatric patients with parenteral nutrition-associated cholestasis (PNAC).

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • rash,
  • vomiting,
  • agitation,
  • slow heart rate,
  • redness,
  • low white blood cell count (neutropenia),
  • viral infection,
  • breathing interruption (apnea),
  • abscess,
  • muscle stiffness, and
  • incision site redness

  • Chromium (chromium chloride injection solution)
  • Elcys (cysteine hydrochloride injection)
  • Nouress (cysteine hydrochloride injection)
