Tascenso ODT (fingolimod orally disintegrating tablets)
type of Immunomodulators, Sphingosine 1-Phosphate Receptor Modulators
Tascenso ODT (fingolimod) is a sphingosine 1-phosphate receptor modulator indicated for the treatment of relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS), to include clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting disease, and active secondary progressive disease, in pediatric patients 10 years of age and older and weighing less than or equal to 40 kg.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- sore throat,
- fever,
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- persistent cough,
- chills, and
- cold/flu symptoms
