Xtoro (finafloxacin otic suspension)

Xtoro (finafloxacin otic suspension) is an antibiotic used to treat acute otitis externa (AOE), also known as swimmer's ear, with or without an otowick, caused by susceptible strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus in patients age 1 year and older.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • nausea
  • ear itching, and

  • Amoxil (amoxicillin)
  • Augmentin (amoxicillin clavulanate)
  • Augmentin ES (amoxicillin clavulanate potassium)
  • Augmentin Chewable Tablets (amoxicillin clavulanate potassium)
  • Augmentin XR (amoxicillin clavulanic potassium)
  • Bactrim (trimethoprim and sulfamethoxazole)
  • Septra (trimethoprim and sulfamethoxazole)
  • Trimethoprim (trimethoprim tablet)
