Fetzima (levomilnacipran extended-release capsules)

Fetzima (levomilnacipran) extended-release is a type of antidepressant called a serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) used to treat Major Depressive Disorder (MDD).

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • nausea,
  • lightheadedness,
  • confusion,
  • dizziness,
  • blurred vision,
  • dry mouth,
  • pounding in the ears,
  • sweating,
  • weakness,
  • restlessness,
  • chest pain or pressure,
  • unusual tiredness,
  • painful urination,
  • little or no urination,
  • anxiety,
  • tremors,
  • difficulty speaking,
  • numbness or tingling,
  • slow heartbeat,
  • irritability
  • fainting, and
  • difficulty urinating,
  • drooling,
  • trouble sleeping (insomnia),
  • loss of balance or coordination,
  • fast, pounding, or irregular heartbeats,
  • arm, back or jaw pain,
  • muscle stiffness, trembling or jerking,
  • painful urinating,
  • rapid or irregular heartbeat,
  • cloudy urine,
  • difficulty passing urination (dribbling),
  • uncontrolled muscle movements, especially of the face, neck and back,
