Feraheme (ferumoxytol injection)

Feraheme (ferumoxytol) Injection is a type of iron used to treat iron deficiency anemia in people with chronic kidney disease. Anemia is a lack of red blood cells caused by having too little iron in the body.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- headache,
- low blood pressure (hypotension),
- dizziness,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- constipation,
- stomach pain,
- fainting,
- chest pain, or
- cough.
- injection site reactions (pain, swelling, or redness),
- swelling in your hands or feet,
