Inrebic (fedratinib capsules)

Inrebic (fedratinib) is a JAK inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with intermediate-2 or high-risk primary or secondary (post-polycythemia vera or post-essential thrombocythemia) myelofibrosis (MF).
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- vomiting,
- fever,
- easy bruising,
- unusual bleeding,
- pale skin,
- lightheadedness,
- shortness of breath,
- cold hands and feet,
- confusion,
- vision problems,
- cough
- unusual tiredness,
- mouth sores,
- drowsiness,
- memory problems,
- severe or ongoing nausea,
- purple or red spots under your skin,
- unusual eye movements,
- problems with coordination and muscle movement,
- diarrhea (even when you are taking medication to prevent these effects),
- skin sores, and
