Inrebic (fedratinib capsules)

Inrebic (fedratinib) is a JAK inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with intermediate-2 or high-risk primary or secondary (post-polycythemia vera or post-essential thrombocythemia) myelofibrosis (MF).

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • vomiting,
  • fever,
  • easy bruising,
  • unusual bleeding,
  • pale skin,
  • lightheadedness,
  • shortness of breath,
  • cold hands and feet,
  • confusion,
  • vision problems,
  • cough
  • unusual tiredness,
  • mouth sores,
  • drowsiness,
  • memory problems,
  • severe or ongoing nausea,
  • purple or red spots under your skin,
  • unusual eye movements,
  • problems with coordination and muscle movement,
  • diarrhea (even when you are taking medication to prevent these effects),
  • skin sores, and
