Fanapt (iloperidone) is an antipsychotic medication used to treat schizophrenia.
The drug is often used to treat Schizophrenia .
This drug may have the following side effects:

- dry mouth,
- tiredness,
- drowsiness,
- weight gain,
- stuffy nose,
- breast swelling or discharge, or
- changes in menstrual periods.
