Factive (gemifloxacin mesylate) is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic used to treat different types of bacterial infections.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • nausea,

  • dizziness,
  • blurred vision,

  • diarrhea,
  • nervousness,
  • drowsiness,
  • restlessness.
