Evrysdi (risdiplam for oral solution)

Evrysdi (risdiplam) is a survival of motor neuron 2 (SMN2) splicing modifier used to treat spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) in patients 2 months of age and older.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- rash,
- diarrhea,
- fever,
- upper respiratory tract infection,
- vomiting
- pneumonia,
- constipation, and
The following drugs are related to Evrysdi, either as a replacement or used together:
- Spinraza Solution (nusinersen)
- Zolgensma (onasemnogene abeparvovec-xioi suspension for iv use)
