Etrafon (perphenazine and amitriptyline)

Etrafon (perphenazine and amitriptyline) is a combination of an antipsychotic medication and a tricyclic antidepressant used to treat depression occurring with other mental/mood disorders (such as anxiety, agitation, schizophrenia). The brand name Etrafon is discontinued, but generic versions may be available.

The drug is often used to treat Schizophrenia .
