Toposar (etoposide injection) (also commonly known as VP-16) is a cancer drug used in to treat refractory testicular tumors and small cell lung cancer.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• upper stomach pain,
• loss of appetite,
• vomiting,
• fever,
• easy bruising,
• unusual bleeding,
• lightheadedness,
• shortness of breath,
• chills,
• fast heartbeats,
• wheezing,
• sweating,
• cough,
• sore throat,
• burning eyes,
• skin pain,
• red or purple skin rash with blistering and peeling,
• mouth sores,
• skin sores,
• severe ongoing nausea,
• dry cough,
• purple or red spots under your skin,
• vision problems, and
• seizure
• sudden chest pain,
