Lopreeza (estradiol/norethindrone acetate tablet) is a combination of female hormones used to treat moderate to severe symptoms of vulvar and vaginal atrophy due to menopause and to prevent postmenopausal osteoporosis.

The drug is often used to treat Osteoporosis .

This drug may have the following side effects:

• nausea,
• upper respiratory tract infection,
• back pain,
• headache,
• insomnia,
• diarrhea, and
• pain in extremities
• breast pain,
• sinus infection,
• post-menopausal bleeding,
• uterine fibroids,
