Vagifem (estradiol vaginal tablets)

Vagifem (estradiol vaginal) is a female hormone (estrogen) used by women to help reduce vaginal symptoms of menopause (such as vaginal dryness/burning/itching).
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- confusion,
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
- dizziness,
- pain spreading to your jaw or shoulder,
- constipation,
- fainting,
- sweating,
- chest pain or pressure,
- muscle weakness,
- sudden numbness or weakness (especially on one side of the body),
- slurred speech,
- problems with vision or balance,
- coughing up blood,
- increased thirst or urination,
- memory problems,
- sudden vision loss,
- muscle pain,
- unusual vaginal bleeding,
- sudden severe headache,
- stabbing chest pain,
- pain or warmth in one or both legs,
- unusual behavior,
- lump in your breast,
- pelvic pain,
- swelling or tenderness in your stomach,
- bone pain, and
- lack of energy
- fever with nausea,
- feeling short of breath,
- sunburn like skin rash,
