Spravato (esketamine nasal spray)

Spravato (esketamine) Nasal Spray is a non-competitive N-methyl D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor antagonist indicated, in conjunction with an oral antidepressant, for the treatment of treatment-resistant depression (TRD) in adults.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- lightheadedness,
- chest pain,
- severe headache,
- blurred vision,
- painful urination,
- hallucinations,
- extreme drowsiness,
- pounding in your neck or ears, and
- sleep problems,
- seizure
- worsening depression,
- thoughts of hurting yourself,
- problems with thinking or memory,
- unusual changes in mood,
- unusual or unpleasant memories,
- increased urinating,
- urgent need to urinate,
