Staticin (erythromycin topical) Solution 1.5% is an antibiotic used for the topical treatment of acne vulgaris. The brand name Staticin is discontinued, but generic versions may be available.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- itching
- redness
- irritation
- tenderness
- skin dryness
- peeling
- hives, and
- oiliness
- skin sloughing
